Day 2

Morning Yoga

Swimming 30 m

Run 45 min

Day 3

Recovery Swim 30 m

Cycling 2 h -transition time 30 m with snacks

Lindos afternoon excursion

Day 4

Short Distance Triathlon 1klm swim 20 klm cycling 5k running

Day 5

90K cycling Stop in half distance in village for traditional snack -coffee course by the sea. 15 min transition run 30 min swim (optional)

Yoga recovery (therapeutics for triathlon)

Day 6

Olympic Distance Triathlon with real time transition 1500 m swim 90 cycling 10 K run

Social Excursions

Greek Taverna by the seaside for dinner and Awards ceremony
