The Triathlon Training
Your training will happen in especially selected locations, that combine the perfect conditions for your swimming, cycling and running. See the video from Rhodes 113 experience, to check the course of your training.
Swimming
In crystal clear sea water, at a beach located a few meters from your hotel. Water temperatures are usually 19-22 C and calm. Use of swimsuit is recommended especially for early and late season.
Running
Enjoy a running course with magical sea views, nearly flat.
Cycling
We have selected a few different routes for your training, mostly flat with some uphill and downhills parts. Cycling in low traffic areas. Long cycles of 90 km include seaside and forest courses
Bike Rental
You are welcome to bring along your own bike and we will provide a space to keep it safe, while you are enjoying your TriathlonYogaHoliday with us. We can provide a carbon bike with di or normal derajerks for you. Please, let us know in advance so we can find the best bicycle for you.
